DegreeC offers the only complete multipoint air velocity, humidity and air temperature sensing system on the market with a user-friendly USB output and software solution.

  • Our air velocity sensors utilize dual-bead hot-wire anemometry technology to achieve an accuracy of ±1% of FS or ±0.025m/s (5fpm)
  • Choose from a range of compact sensor heads for diverse air velocity measurement applications
  • Measure and log air velocity, air temperature and humidity with a complete multipoint instrumentation system

What is Constant Current Anemometry?

Constant Current Anemometry uses sensors for measuring velocity and direction of fluid (in this case air) by measuring heat loss of an electrically-heated wire placed in the air stream. When placed in an air stream the heat is transferred from wire to the air and the temperature of wire reduces. Resistance of the wire measures the flow rate of the air.
