Sensor Recalibration Provides Confidence in Measurement Situations

Is it time to recalibrate your sensors?

Degree Controls recommends that sensors be recalibrated on an annual basis to verify that they meet or exceed the published specifications. Sensor recalibration helps to ensure that measurements of control variables are accurate for your experimentation and production processes.

Sensor recalibration

Degree Controls puts all sensors through a strict, NIST traceable calibration process. Our calibration systems are validated via laser particle velocimetry on an ongoing basis, and we perform multi-point sensor calibrations. Degree Controls always executes full recertification of airflow sensors. We don’t just check accuracy at one or two points, rather, we confirm performance across the entire operating range.

Contact us at sales@degreec.com, or visit us online to initiate recalibration services and achieve confidence in the accuracy of your measurements. Many of our recalibration services can be easily purchased through our web store. We look forward to hearing from you.

Please be aware that any UAS1000, UTS1000 and UHS1000 products manufactured prior to January 1st, 2015, shall be required to undergo a product upgrade, when returned for calibration.

Contact your DegreeC representative if ISO 17025 accreditation is needed. The standard ISO/IEC 17025 General Requirements For The Competence Of Testing And Calibration Laboratories specifies general requirements for the competent operation of testing and calibration laboratories. It applies to all
laboratories and is also useful to universities and research centers.
