A fogger machine isn’t just for verifying airflow directions in BSCs (biosafety cabinets) or assessing airflow patterns inside fume hoods. It is used in a broad range of applications such as testing airflow patterns in classrooms, evaluating vacuum systems, demonstrating aerodynamic technologies, and characterizing ventilation in truck cabs and aircraft cockpits.

The °C Breeze is a small, lightweight, portable fog machine which can be operated by battery or an external power supply. Producing a steady stream of smoke for up to 15-20 minutes from a fully charged battery, operational preferences can be adjusted for high vs low flow and momentary vs continuous fog output. The fogger uses pharmaceutical grade, FDA GRAS-approved fog fluid, and the resulting fog has been independently tested to ensure that it is safe and non-toxic for air tracing applications.
A °C Breeze system is supplied complete with a carry case, battery, charger, extension tube, and 500ml of fog fluid. To enhance fog delivery, three additional fog dispersion nozzle accessories are available:
- FlowBulb, for low-velocity applications
- MiniFlow, to access hard-to-reach leakage points
- PlanarFlow, for testing the uniformity of containment cabinet inflow
The °C Breeze fogger machine is an ideal tool for conducting airflow visualization studies, tracing airflow paths within exhaust systems, and pinpointing leaks as part of air tightness testing for building envelopes. We are here to address any questions you may have about our airflow tools and accessories. Thank you for your consideration.
NIBS (the National Institute of Building Sciences) supports advances in building science and technology. The NIBS organization developed WBDG (the Whole Building Design Guide) which provides a wide range of information on ‘whole building’ design and technology for achieving high-performance buildings.
