Air Pattern Visualizer Checks BSC Exhausts and Inlets

The °C Breeze air pattern visualizer allows Certifiers and Laboratory Managers to reveal air patterns and identify potential airflow issues. It is used for smoke studies as part of BSC certification and testing and is versatile across many other applications including cleanroom qualification, testing Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV), and characterizing airflow in isolators and restricted access barrier systems (RABS).

When choosing a cleanroom fogger, key considerations include fog output and portability –

  • °C Breeze fog output is 2.8 m3 (100 ft3) per minute in high flow mode and 1.4 m3 (50 ft3) per minute in low flow mode.
  • Ideal for small volume air tracing applications, it is capable of filling a 3 m3 (100 ft3) space.
  • The °C Breeze uses FDA GRAS, non-depositing, oilless, smoke-free fog fluid, and produces a small fog particle size (0.2 – 0.3 µm) for precise airflow visualization.
  • It is portable and easily carried to different areas as needed.
  • You can operate the fog generator with either a battery or power adapter.

We’ll be at the 2025 CETA Annual Conference at the end of this month. Stop by booth # 33 for a live demonstration of the °C Breeze air pattern visualizer. Our experts will be on hand to answer any questions you have.

We look forward to seeing you!

With our General Clean service, we will evaluate your entire °C Breeze system and perform a thorough internal and external cleaning to keep your fogger in tip-top condition.
