Do you need to measure the airflow rate of your production coating process?

Airflow rate is a key process parameter that must be carefully controlled in industrial coating processes. If it is too high or too low, coating thickness, performance, and protective qualities may be affected, resulting in product that does not meet quality standards. The Rooster Sensor100 is an airflow sensor with display where the user can monitor air velocity or volumetric flow in real time.
Sensor100 comes pre-calibrated with a probe-style sensor. With its user-friendly, color touchscreen interface, it is easy to commission the sensor, set airflow thresholds, and configure alarm parameters. The local display delivers airflow and temperature values in real time and provides audible and visual alarms together with a relay alarm output. To adjust airflow levels dynamically, the proportional analog output can be connected to a plc or controller. Output options include voltage and current (0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA, or 4-20mA).

Control product quality and improve system efficiency with the Rooster Sensor100 airflow sensor with display. Air velocity is a critical process parameter that needs to be monitored, and we can help.
Note: Sensor100’s analog output may be actuated to produce a control signal to maintain the desired velocity or volumetric flow, or to indicate the flow level. In addition to scaled mode, a purge mode may be selected which will drive the analog output to its highest level when enabled. The intent of purge is to evacuate potentially harmful air from a workspace.
