Degree Controls is committed to providing the highest quality airflow and thermal management services possible. To further this goal, we are offering a complete calibration service for all UAS sensors.
Why calibrate?
Sensors are your tools for gathering valuable, useable data about your production processes. They allow you to monitor quality, find and assess problems, and increase efficiency. Scheduled sensor calibration allows you to:
- Be confident in the accuracy of your data
- Meet production specifications
- Pass quality inspections and audits
- Expand markets by complying to international standards
- Meet NIST traceable calibration standards
The calibration process involves comparing measurements taken with the sensors in question and comparing them to measurements taken with a sensor with a known, accepted accuracy. If there are any variations, they are recorded and the sensor is corrected accordingly.
