Simulation

DegreeC employs a variety of commercially available software programs to create thermal simulations – including Maya, Icepak, Flowtherm, and Tileflow.

Which software is applicable depends on the complexity of the application, the relative accuracy required, the number of alternative scenarios that need to be examined, and the time constraints on the project.

Of course, the software is only as good as the person using it ... and we have some of the best, including experts with Master’s and PhD degrees and years of experience in creating useful models and interpreting the significance of the characteristics that the simulations display.

Finally, simulations are only as useful as the tangible and practical solutions they allow us to generate and again we have years of experience in making that hand-off smoothly and quickly.
