Over 35 years of global business experience, including general management, mergers and acquisitions, and finance & accounting. Previous positions with Intertek Testing, MCI Telecom, public accounting. Jag is a significant shareholder.

Bill Kisiel - VP Finance & CFO

Responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting and banking for the company. Thirty years experience in all levels of finance and accounting, specializing in the manufacturing industry. Past positions include plant controllership for Borden and Freudenberg NOK, (multi-billion dollar companies), as well as CFO for Felton Brush, Inc.

William (Bill) Langille - Vice President of Operations

Bill brings a unique skill set of engineering, manufacturing, and general management expertise to Degree Controls. Bill came to Degree Controls from iCAD, Inc. where he was a corporate Vice President and the President of the medical imaging division. Prior to that Bill worked as a project manager at Nashua Corporation where he led teams of engineers, technicians, designers and machinists on multi-million dollar projects Bill also specializes in Statistical Process Control and received his training directly from Dr. W. Edwards Deming.

ME, (Mechanical Engineering) University of Massachusetts and registered/certified plant engineer. Bill also holds many patents to his name.

Charles Nasser, Vice President, Engineering

Responsible for global R&D and product development operations. Over 25 years of domestic and international business experience, including general management, technology development, operations and quality. Past positions include President/Owner of IQS, a multi-faceted engineering services organization and General Manager/Northeast Operations for National Technical Systems. As a design engineer, Charlie developed products and provided consultation services for the telecommunications, military, aerospace, automotive, medical and commercial electronics industries.

Phil Daniels - Vice President

Airflow and Thermal Products In 1999, Phil joined Degree Controls during our start-up stage as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager to support the Fan Tray and Controller division. Ultimately, he became responsible for new business development for the division, and application expert. Using both his Engineering and Sales expertise, he has overall product line responsibility for the Sensor & Instrument, as well as the Fan Tray and Controller divisions of Degree Controls. Prior to Degree Controls, Phil worked in engineering and thermal design at Nortel Networks and Husky Injection Molding Systems.

Rajesh Nair - CTO & Founder

As an inventor and entrepreneur, Rajesh was co-founder of Degree Controls in 1997 and remains the largest single shareholder. He has developed several products considered firsts in the industry and used all over the world as standard. Rajesh is currently on a two year dual M.S. program offered by MIT's Engineering School and MIT's Sloan Business School. He remains available to the company for his inputs and perspective on new business opportunities and developing technologies.

Eric Birch - Executive VP

Over 45 years of global business experience, including general management, R&D management, marketing, operations, and quality. Previous general management positions with GlobalLIFT Technologies, Intertek Testing, Nashua Corporation, and Corning. Eric is a significant shareholder in Degree Controls and is currently serving on a half-time basis.

Board of Directors

DegreeC has five directors who serve on a board that meets six times per year to review the company's results and directions. Jag and Rajesh are on the board (with Rajesh as Chairman) and there are three outside directors. The company's financial statements are formally audited annually by an independent certified public accounting firm.
